The majority of my clients today have been referred to me by previously satisfied clients. Word-of-mouth advertising helps me keep my advertising budget small and the quality of my clients high. It also reinforces my belief that good technical skills supported by effective communications are keys to a successful business.

Because I feel so strongly that my clients' satisfaction is integral to my business success, I launched a two part program in 2007.
• First, if you are an existing client, you are pleased with my service, and you recommend me to a friend or family member, I will give you a 10% discount off the labor charges on your next service call. Just mention this promotion to me on my next visit.
• Second, I want your friends and family to also benefit from my new program. They will also receive a 10% discount off the labor charges on their first service call. Just ask them to mention this promotion at the conclusion of their service call.
