The “Play Me, I’m Yours” festival held on the Monterey Peninsula in March, 2013, was sponsored by the Monterey Symphony. Donated pianos were made available to local groups to “decorate” and distributed to various locations on the Peninsula for the public to enjoy. After two weeks the pianos were given, free of charge, to anyone who asked to have one. A few examples are shown below.
